Since we do not have a hotel with a reception, we rely on the rent being paid in advance by bank transfer, as is the case with normal rental contracts.

Of course, we are also very happy about tenants who want to use our apartment again and again. We are also happy to talk to you about the conditions if there are several rental phases in the year.

extra weeks

390 EUR per week

You can book the extra weeks right at the beginning of your stay, for example if you are working in Freiburg for 6 weeks.

If you only find out during the rental period that your stay will be extended, we are happy to talk about it. An extension can be booked if there is no other tenancy for the desired period.
